I know there are already pics of this chicken spaghetti, but I thought I'd share mine also. I used angel hair pasta and decided that I like it better than thick spaghetti noodles. It give is a more delicate feel overall, almost more sophisticated. Also I wanted to show a picture of what American Cheese looks like in the box. I like it better than Velveeta...it is not as gooey, keeps the whole casserole firmer. Anyway, it isn't at all grocery stores apparently, I was at an HEB and couldn't find it, then went to a Kroger and there it was right on the shelf by the Velveeta. So you may have to search a bit. It does cost a little more, but it is worth it I think. This is such a good meal for kiddos.....mine gobbled it up, the 5 year old ate 4 helpings of it! I have another pan of this in the freezer, I already can't wait to eat it! :)

Our Cookbook ~ What We Cook, is a compilation of every recipe we (Janice and Carissa) cook - recipes from our cookbook collections, our recipe boxes, and our heads! We set up this blog for friends and family who have our cookbook to let them see pictures we post of the recipes in the book, and also for us to note any corrections, revisions, or additions to What We Cook.
