YUMMO! That is what all my guests said last night about this chicken!!! It really was so juicy and flavorful! One friend asked how I got the flavor to go throughout the chicken and not just on the outside. Adam perked up and said that it was all in the person who grilled it (that was him), but I said it was the marinade. Maybe the red wine is what penetrates though the chicken? Anyway, it was truly delicious, and had such a pretty color to it from the soy sauce and wine. I bought the cheapest bottle of red wine I could find at the grocery store and it was perfect. My mom said this recipe came from a chef that worked in the kitchens at Pine Cove Camp ...for anyone who knows where that is. Below is a picture of the little guys in their flavorful bath. I flipped the bag every couple hours for about 6 hours. You really need to try it! --Carissa

We set up this blog for friends and family who have our cookbook to let them see pictures we post of the recipes in the book, and also for us to note any corrections, revisions, or additions to What We Cook.
